Who are we?

Armistead Property is a limited company based in Chorlton, Manchester. The directors are me, Peter Armistead and my wife, Deborah Ross.

I am a lawyer by training, but have always had more of an interest in doing buiness than practising law. After qualification at a large London law firm, I quickly moved into a London investment house, where I was responsible for all property matters.

After experimenting with property part time, I left the law in 2001, aged 29, and started property investment and developing full time. By the age of 31 I had made my first million and by the age of 33 I was a self made multi millionaire.

Currently we own around 100 properties in our rental business and employ 15-30 builders in our development business.
