Q.   How do your prices compare to an estate agents prices.
A.  We generally offer between 15% and 20% below the open market value because we are in a very strong position to buy your property for cash and fast. We don't charge any fees, Estates fees, survey fees or solicitor's fees. You will have certainty of sale.


Q.   How long does the sale take?
A.  If you need to sell quickly we can exchange within 24 hours (subject to legal papers being collected). If you need more time for any reason this can be arranged.


Q.   I'm in arrears of my mortgage payments, can you still help me?
A.  This should not be a problem as long as there is some equity left in the property. If you would like to stay in your house as a tenant we can rent the property back to you, we can also give you the option to buy the property back at a later date (this will be agreed in advance).


Q.   How much will it cost to sell to you?
A.  There are no fees, no survey charges, no commissions or hidden costs of any kind, we even pay your legal fees in full when you use our recommended solicitors or we will pay up to 500 pounds if you use your own solicitor.


Q.   How quickly do I need to leave the property?
A.  Depending on your situation we are able to rent back the property to you or we can organize for you to stay a short time whilst you get yourself organized.


Q.   Do I have to except the offer?
A.  You are under no obligation to except any offers.

A.  Flats

Q.   Do you buy property in any condition?
A.  We are happy and willing to buy property in any condition.


Q.   Will I need a solicitor?
A.  Yes, you will need a solicitor, it can be your own solicitor or we can always recommend one to you.


Q.   Will anyone know about the sale?
A.  This is a confidential matter, no one will know.


Q.   If we're being repossessed and we have chosen to sell to you, do we need to tell the people who are repossessing us?
A.  You don't have to do anything. The solicitor will talk to them and arrange for their loan to be paid.
