Q. Do I need a solicitor...?
A. Yes, Your solicitor will ensure that all the legal works and transfer are carried out in a proper manner. We will even pay your legal cost.
Q. Are there any types of property that you do not buy...?

Q. Does it matter if the property is in poor condition...?
A. We frequently buy properties which require updating or in need of refurbishment.

A. We usually offer between 75% and 80% of the price of comparable priced property in a similar condition that have sold in your area
