Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is coaching within the work place. There are 2 ways an executive coach can be utilized:
- A company enrols a coach to coach the executive team as a group. The coach's role is to motivate and focus individuals, with the ultimate aim to meet the goals and desires of the individuals, the team and the business
- A coach is also available for 1 to 1's with team members. During this confidential meeting both personal and work related issues can be discussed to achieve the goals of the individual and the business.
