What is personal coaching?

Personal coaching uses specialised coaching tools to help you achieve your goals. Coaching creates the environment and structure to ask the questions that assists you in reaching your goals. Coaching provides you with the time to talk, the time to be heard and the time to become aware and take responsibility for your actions


What is personal coaching not?

As a coach I offer no advice to you. This may at first seem rather an odd thing to say, but coaching is a way of facilitating and streamlining YOUR thoughts and what you want.

As a coach I will not offer any advice or impose any choices upon you. What I will do is listen, question and help you to look at all of your options, and support you as you work through your choices and towards your goals. I will help you to look at your current situation from a perspective you may not have thought of previously and I will ensure that you take ownership for your decisions.

Coaching is not counselling, therapy or mentoring. Coaching is, in its simplest form, focusing on what you want and helping you achieve it in the best way possible for you.
