Testimonials

When I worked in Executive Search and Selection, I interviewed many candidates, from all levels of the corporate ladder. One thing I noted from years of interviewing was that the biggest obstacle standing in the way of people is themselves. Often self doubt and fear contributed to their stress levels or lack of career or personal progression. It was this that initiated my interest in coaching.

As a coach, I can help people unleash their fears and become motivated, enthusiastic and help them reach their goals and their full potential. By using recognised and accredited coaching tools, I help people organise their thoughts and take action that suits them in all areas of their lives. Through the partnership of coach and coachee, my clients feel empowered and have a clear vision for the way forward.

Below are testimonials from a few of my clients:

'Rachel is an experienced coach, she has a great ability to put one at ease and has an easy rapport. She is down-to-earth and good humoured and even the most challenging of issues become smaller obstacles to overcome having had the benefit of Rachel's insight. She has the ability to cut through to the really critical issues that one is battling with. She is level-headed and assured and has a great skill in exploring every possibility and all around a given issue to help one find the best route forward with clarity and clearness.

Rach has been my coach for several months and has been a strong force behind many decisions both from structured sessions and talking on the 'phone about ad-hoc but potentially difficult problems. She has greatly helped focus and sharpen my drive and attention.'
Kate Tojeiro

'Rachel has a very open and honest approach, she encourages you to take the lead and her role has been to direct me into setting clear objectives and how to achieve them. She has a calming and confident manner and understands how to get you, to get the best out of yourself!

Rachel has helped me understand more about how to set clear goals and review them, she has helped me identify key behaviours I want to feel and demonstrate in key situations. Thanks for yor help Rachel!'
Lauren McCarthy, Training Manager

'My sessions with Rachel leave me feeling invigorated, energised and motivated. I came to Rachel with a blank piece of paper not knowing what I really wanted or what gets me excited by life. But I knew I wanted positive change, since I want to make the most out of life. Rachel initially made me take a hard look at myself, namely my self-belief. From addressing this, I can now turn negative feelings into positive ones and we are working together towards getting to where I want to be. For the first time in a long time, I am feeling passion again and excitement, and am re-addressing the value of life itself. It's precious.'
